If you would like a refund within the first 21 days of purchase, then please email us at support@mondoscience.com; no explanations needed, no questions asked! Don’t forget to include your name and order number to authorise the return. You should expect to receive your refund within two to three weeks; time for us to process your return, and the time it takes your credit card company to process it.
